Bug Description

Binary package hint: debian-installer

From alternate install DVD for Ubuntu Studio 9.10, trying to boot as a live DVD or install, ISOLINUX is recognized, but it fails and says it got a boot failure. I got the iso (ubuntustudio-9.10-alternate-i386.iso) from the ubuntu web site and burned it with Nero on WinXP to a DVD-RW. Maybe I should have used a DVD-R? Nero said something about formatting the DVD while it burned it. I'll try it with a DVD-R and let you know if it helped.

Please close this. I burned it to a DVD-R (not DVD-RW) and it now boots OK. Also, maybe the first burn wasn't a good one. The md5 says it was OK, but the re-burn fixed it, so please close it.
