Karmic Beta Server Install CD freezes on Sun X4140 after Network Configuration

Binary package hint: debian-installer

Installing Karmic Beta on a Sun X4140.

After network configuration stage on the installer (got an address with dhcp, selected hostname and timezone) the installer freezes when detecting hdd.

The problem appears to be with the forcedeth module. Passing forcedeth.blacklist=yes to the installer results in a clean install, not detecting network devices, but no freezes.
