Bug Description
Binary package hint: debian-installer
A Server install with the final Intrepid Server-AMD64 CD fails.
I created a /boot-partition and the second partition is member of a LVM, the "/"-FS is inside a Logical Volume.
It seems, that the installer does notinstall a boot record on the disk and also the /boot-partition seems empty after the installation. So the Boot fails after install.
With an Alpha5 Intrepid CD and the same settings as above, there is no problem. The boot partition and the grub boot block are installed.
I did not test this with an Beta or RC Disk, so I can not say when this issue appeared.

Now I tried also the Intrepid RC: it shows the same behavior as the final CD. Somewhere between Alpha5 and the RC the installer got this bug.
