Z system guided partitioning, with separate paritions for everything, on dasd drives, fails with too many partitions

Bug Description

During an Z system installation of 17.04 (Zesty) selecting the guided partitioning options result in a partitioning error, about too many partitions. please see the attached screen shots.

you cannot use that option, with dasd drives. as dasd drives only support maximum three partitions..... and separate /home /var /tmp and / need 4.

one can use that option on e.g. multipath / zfcp drives; or kvm-qemu virtio drives.

i guess recipes should be modified to guard against offering that option; but do not that this option is not offered by default, have you changed the priority of debconf? Because there are countless paths in low priority d-i for shooting oneself in the foot.

I did change debconf to medium, due to the system being on a vlan and bug 1635024.
