Physical DVD Installation of Ubuntu 15.10 fails.
============================
   External DVD is plugged on the usb port of the system. During the first trial , it fails to detect the operating system with the message " No Operating Systems Installed " and during second trial it start but fails later with the message "An installation step failed. You can try to run the failing item again from the menu, or skip it and choose something else. The failing step is: Install the system ".

System : Power VM LPAR

This bug report was filed based on testing of pre-release images of Ubuntu 15.10:

Is this problem reproducible with the Ubuntu 15.10 final release, which uses Linux 4.2?

The log further shows what appear to be errors when attempting to mount the target disk:

Due to unavailability of Hardware, we are unable to test this. Installation using vdvd works fine.
