I tried to install in /dev/sda (which had RHEL installed before). I went to rescue mode and deleted all the VGs and tried and still failed.
I am able to install in other disks.
Quick observation- it is not installing in 4K disk

From the installation logs, we see that there has been installation failure due to the 4K sector size.

Ubuntu was reinstalled on a different disk. Currently it seems to be working however I have no experience with Ubuntu so confirmation would be much appreciated.

Julee confirmed that she was able to install in 4K disks now.
