mini.iso install of ubuntu desktop selecting only ENG_UK gives me eng_us and eng_uk

Bug Description
STEPS:
1. Download the mini.iso image
2. Burn to cd
3. Boot the cd and install selecting London for timezone and English(UK) for keyboard and language
4. Check the indicator-keyboard
EXPECTED:
I expect to see the only option available as English UK
ACTUAL:
I see English (US) and English (UK)
