debian-installer fails during installation vivid-server-amd64

Bug Description

I am ISO testing vivid-server-amd64 installation proceeds normally through partitioning and FS creation but crashes during installation. Attached is a screenshot. Tell me how to provide more information.

There is an iso testing report linked, but it's not confirmed whether we're dealing with the exact same installation problem. I'll run my own test to confirm whether there is still a failure to install using vivid-server, and if not we'll close this bug report, and give people the opportunity to report new errors as they are found in iso testing.

For the future, it was very much the right thing to do to take a screenshot of the error messages as done here. For these types of bugs however, it's better to transcribe which packages are mentioned in the screenshot to make sure we keep only one report for one error, as a similar message could appear for any package failing to install due to broken dependency chains.
