add bnx2.ko-module to the installer image

Bug Description

Binary package hint: debian-installer

The netboot-image for dapper lacks bnx2.ko module, which is a driver for common Broadcom-interfaces on many servers. This makes the netboot not to work out-of-the-box. Wrapping it inside the initrd works, but why not include it "officially"?

I'd think this should be an easy addition for 6.06.2.
