Bug Description
Hi,
I make a lot of installations via netboot, and I have started to realize that the step in which you have to select some meta-packages (i.e. Basic Server Install or LXDE Desktop Minimal Installation), makes quite difficult to install ubuntu at the first go.
Those menus are not intuitive, as if you select Ubuntu Gnome desktop and Kubuntu Full installation (for example), the install will crash. Same thing happens with Kubuntu-full and Kubuntu-desktop installs.
I don't know what is this due to, as for me, selecting in apt command kubuntu-full and kubuntu-desktop at the same time doesn't crash. The fact is that it does.
I have tested this recently with 12.04, but I am almost sure it has been a bug over the last (at least) 2 years.
Cheers,
Txomon

Javier, so selecting seemingly overlapping meta packages is crashing the installer -- is this correct?
