Bug Description
Release of Ubuntu:12.10 server and alternate
Package Version: build 20120808
Expected Results:choose the language one time
Actual Results:needs to choose the language two times
Testcase:
-Boot a server or alternate iso
-Select language (at splash screen)
-Select to Install Ubuntu
-Select again language (at language selection step of the installer)
