The packages in question must all be upgraded as a group, and owing to these very uploads, the packages are not yet all built (having broken the buildd chroots for a time). When the dust settles we should look at making the upgrade path more robust, but until then it's too early to declare it broken (and the release team, at least, will not entertain requests for a revert).
