debconf reports error when "upgrade" waiting

Bug Description

Binary package hint: debconf

Adept manager reports a an generic error when trying to add/remove packages while a upgrade is waiting. The change works if a second attempt is made.

debconf version 1.5.11-1
adept_manager 2.1.2-21
adept_updater 2.1.2-21

This has resolved itself with the deb system improvements
