Trying to install from scratch but repeatedly coming up with this error...please advise of a fix when available.

debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by another process: Resource temporarily unavailable

Please post the output of the following commands run from a terminal:

sudo fuser -v /var/cache/debconf/config.dat
pstree

affects: pam (Ubuntu) → debconf (Ubuntu)
Changed in debconf (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete
