Did you apply updates during the install, or after rebooting?

affects: pam (Ubuntu) → debconf (Ubuntu)
Changed in debconf (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete

i tried to do it during install, but i think it timed out because my
internet seems really slow. it gave me a warning and then froze up. so i
did a hard shutdown, rebooted and it opened up with the new ubuntu 11.04.
so i ran update manager and it did some updates, but gave me that warning
after, and it still says "191 updates have been selected. the updates have
already been downloaded, but not installed."

thanks for your quick response!
