feature bump of python-deap + please add python-scoop

Deap recently released their 1.0.0 release. Can you please provide a python-deap package for v1.0.0?

Also, DEAP's companion tool SCOOP does not have a package. Can you look into providing one. I will be more than glad to test and verify its functionalilty.

It's unlikely this will make it to trusty, but i'll update it in debian now and it should make it to 14.10

Cool... I would offer to help, but I just got my first real Ubuntu
machine (I've been running Gentoo since 2002, and I do not yet know how
to set up the deb packages).

Thanks for reporting,

I see that deap version 1.0.1-1 did indeed make it to 14.10, and has been updated several times since [1]. Also, when it comes to SCOOP, it seems to have been added in Ubuntu 15.04 [2][3].
