ddclient debconf settings don't allow namecheap protocol

Bug Description

"namecheap" is a valid protocol to specify in the ddclient configuration file, but the debconf templates for the ddclient package don't allow it to be selected.

I'm not sure, but I think maybe this is fixed in 18.04?

I was wrong, it's still not fixed. debconf allows you to configure the "namecheap" value for the setting, but then when the package is configured and /etc/ddclient.conf is created, it still says "dyndns2" for the protocol, i.e., the setting isn't being propagated properly into /etc/ddclient.conf.

Unable to reproduce in ddclient 3.9.1-5, so I am assuming it has been fixed. If not, please reopen.
