1.2.74 way out of date, please update to 1.3.42

Bug Description
Hi!
DCC 1.2.74 is very out of date, and is not recommended to be used anymore. 1.3.42 is in debian unstable. I work at a hosting provider, and the DCC crew contacted me that my "old" 1.2.74 is causing the network to be bombarded with UDP floods, and that updating to the latest version was going to fix the problem. Otherwise we would have been blacklisted from the DCC network. Could this be updated in Dapper and Edgy pretty please?
