Bug Description

Whether dbus or not don't know, seems a place to start.

Test case:
Insert an audio cd into drive, after it's found then log out/in
dbus-daemon will run at around 90% until the disc is opened/mounted
zeittgeist-daemon also runs higher than normal

Nautilus will show the disc but it's not 'mounted', opening or mounting from context menu causes dbus, ect. to return to normal

If I remove zeitgeist, then do a log out/in with an audio cd in the drive dbus-daemon's cpu use remains at normal useage, 1% or so

Doug McMahon (mc3man) wrote :

To be more specific - the zeitgeist-datahub (0.7.0-0ubuntu4) package

Doug McMahon (mc3man) wrote :

Sorry to spam this - zeitgeist-core may also be involved, possibly more the culprit than datahub
