dbus activation timeout too short

Bug Description

When I boot the powerpc desktop CD, gnome-settings-daemon fails to start, probably because dbus activation is too slow. We should increase the current 15 s timeout.

When installing the system with ubiquity, and on amd64 live this works fine, probably because the desktop starts up fast enough then.

  * debian/patches/dbus-zzz-update-automake.patch:
    + Regenerated with autoconf 2.60a-3 to drop the libxt requirement. This
      fixes gnomevfs-daemon not beeing killed after the session ends.
  * debian/patches/dbus-raise-service-start-timeout.patch:
    + Raise the service startup timeout from 25 to 40 seconds. It may be too
      short on the live CD with too slow machines.

I just tested today's live image, works fine now. Thanks, Sebastian.

As the old patch was not correct I'll upload a better one after RC release...
