  * Disable test suite on hpppa.
  * Urgency set to "high" because the previous upload fixes an RC bug.

    If you have already converted your databases to the changed
    environment format of 4.3.29-9, run "db4.3_recover -h
    /path/to/environment" for each affected database environment.  Updates
    from 4.3.29-8.1 and earlier do not need this step.
