Misleading error msg if /tmp is not writable

It shows up in the log like:
Aug 13 11:19:01 gw dansguardian[4400]: Error binding ipc server file (try using the
SysV to stop DansGuardian then try starting it again or doing an 'rm /tmp/.dguardian
ipc').
If /tmp is not writable then /tmp/.dguardianipc will not exist, thus the suggestion does not help. This error message could be improved by reporting errno, at least.
