Found on 14.04, 16.04, and 18.04. 19.04 and later distributions have it fixed.
The "NAME" section of dconf7 manpage(http://
"systen" should be a typo for "system".

There is apparently a typo in the dconf.7 manpage, the whatis entry shows "A configuration systen"
should be "system"
