Bug Description

Found on 14.04, 16.04, and 18.04. 19.04 and later distributions have it fixed.

The "NAME" section of dconf7 manpage(http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/bionic/man7/dconf.7.html) says "dconf - A configuration systen".

"systen" should be a typo for "system".
