Bug Description
Please sync cxxtools 2.1-1 (universe) from Debian sid (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Really add atomictype=pthread on armel
* Really add atomictype=pthread on armel
* Add atomictype=pthread on armel too, fixes FTBFS.
Patch Matthias used to fix FTBFS had been dropped since the upstream source was compatible with GCC
Changelog entries since current quantal version 2.0-4ubuntu2:

* New upstream release (SONAME 8)
- Removed patch gcc4.7_ftbfs_fix since upstream source is GCC 4.7 safe.
