Bug Description

Binary package hint: curlftpfs

If you attempt to copy a large file (something larger than the amount of memory you available) to an FTP mounted with curlftpfs, it fails and reports "Transport endpoint is not connected" from then on.

This has been confirmed here on my amd64 Hardy system as of version 0.9.1-2. It works fine for files about 100 to 200 MB, but if I try to copy a 3 GB file, it gives the above problem.

I took the source code and attempted to apply the patch on the Novell Bugzilla ( https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=281052 ), but that fails to patch the latest code.
