Bug Description
On a brand new Ubuntu 22.04 server, running:
sudo apt install curl libcurl4-
will install curl version "7.81.0-
Installing libcurl4-
# curl https:/
curl: (60) SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name 'raw.githubuser

curl failed to verify the legitimacy of the server and therefore could not
