"lpr foo.svg" prints the svg file as text; this is unexpected.

Bug Description

Users expect it to render the svg and print it to the page just like any other image file.

Nah, I could hack foomatic-rip to invoke rsvg in no time. Totally easy.

But now I will simply add that step to my printing scripts.
