Update CUPS to 1.3.10 (security issues)

CUPS 1.3.10 is now available for download from the CUPS web site at:

The new release fixes 3 minor security issues as well as several printing and web interface bug fixes.

Due to the security issues fixed in this version I suggest to update CUPS before the Jaunty release.

Thank you for using Ubuntu and taking the time to report a bug. With the exception of the rebinding change, these issues have already been fixed in Jaunty (1.3.9-17ubuntu1) and earlier releases (http://www.ubuntu.com/usn/usn-760-1), or do not apply to Ubuntu. We are deferring the rebinding change until a later date because the changes are way to intrusive for a stable release.
