Bug Description
Binary package hint: cupsys
Attempting to print through CUPS server from networked computer using IPP and postscript file. CUPS responds with error message "Unsupported character set iso 8859-1" and fails to print. Access log reports "192.168.2.10 - - [19/Mar/
Ubuntu 8.04 alpha6 CUPS 1.3.6 AMD64 Processor
Works OK on Gutsy 7.10 CUPS 1.3.2

I have the same problem, on a Pentium 4 (32-bit), with 1.3.6-1ubuntu2.
If I do "LC_ALL=C lpr <something>", it works, if the locale is iso-8859-1 or iso-8859-15, it fails.
