Bug Description

Binary package hint: cups

"fitplot" option does not work in pdftopdf filter in cups if printed pdf document from hp-toolbox with "Landscape" and "Fit to Page" option selected. Here are the steps to reproduce.

1) Install hplip 3.11.5 in Ubuntu 11.04
2) Open hp-toolbox and add pdf document for printing.
3) Select Orientation=Landscape and Fit to Page option.
4) Print the document.

Output: Page orientation works fine but contents are not scalled to fit to the page.

Thanks for the bug report. I have informed the upstream author of the pdftopdf filter. He usually supplies fixes quickly.

Duplicate of bug #822684, cups pdftopdf is already automatically rotating landscape input pdf when -o fitplot is used.
Leaving the orientation to Portrait wit Fit to Page should work around the problem.
