Bug Description
Binary package hint: cups
the cups services is not started automatically on my system, and does printing does not work.
when I click on the Printing - Troubleshoot button, I'm told to go to System -> Administration -> Services - but there's no Services menu in System -> Administration
this is on 10.04. this used to work fine on 9.10
