Bug Description

Binary package hint: cups

If trying to connect to ipv6 domains cups reports a "400 Bad Request" error.
The cups daemon emits the error on both the web interface and inter client-server-connections. Trying to access via the ipv6 address directly is successful though.

On an ipv6-enabled host it's easy to test. Browsing in firefox to
    http://[::1]:631/
the cups interface appears. Browsing to
    http://ip6-localhost:631/
cups reports a bad request. The domain name ip6-localhost is setup to redirect to ::1 correctly.

cups version: 1.4.1-5ubuntu2
Ubuntu: 9.10

I can confirm this. I can connect via the ip4 address (192.168.1.30) but not by the name (rimu.local). searching for printers also does not work.
