I can't print files on my HP 6940 printer.

Bug Description

I have HPLIP installed. When I could not print a page on my HP 6940 printer, I tried running an alignment page. This worked. Trying to print a test page failed. I don't know the name of the HP driver, but I think that may be the problem.

I am running Karmic Alpha 3, on an Intel dual-core processor.

Does a blank page come out or nothing?

Can you also have a look at bug 409962?

Bug 409962 appears to be the same bug. I get two pieces of paper coming out when I try to print something. I never had trouble in Jaunty. I can't tell you when it started in Karmic because I never tried to print anything before. Thank you.
