Bug Description
Binary package hint: evince
Using Ubuntu 9.04 and printing to a Samsung CLP-500N. I open a PDF and print it. As soon as the print job is queued, I close that PDF and open another. If I try to print the second PDF before the "print job complete" message pops up, I will get a time out error. The error says too many attempts.

Also provide a cups error_log after trying to print the second pdf file as described here:
