Bug Description
I have a Dymo LabelWriter 400 which worked perfectly up to Intrepid.
Now I upgraded to Jaunty Beta. The printer does work, however, the output doesn't fit the label. I use the "large address labels" and adjusted the size accordingly. When printing the test page, it uses 3 labels; seems it internally selects A4 size.

It turns out the pagesize isn't reflected at all, don't think it's related to the Dymo printer. I attached an error_log from printing a testpage. I printed the page to a ps file and started printing via
lpr -P LabelWriter-400 -o PaperSize= 30321.Large. Address lw.output.ps
In the log, you see cups starting with the correct pagesize (102.0/252.0), but suddenly it says "595.0 842.0" (line 770 in the attached file). After that it reads "updating pagesize to [595 842]" and has overwritten the custom pagesize.
The only pagesize setting in effect is the setting from /etc/pagesize.
The logfile was generated using the Dymo driver (raster2dymo). It behaves the same when using the driver that comes with (k)ubuntu.
