Bug Description

If I turn on my hardwired netowrked HP printer, after my computer is booted, print jobs get stuck in the que. If I then reboot my computer, the print que will then print just fine.

This happens on two different ubuntu computers running 20.04 LTS. Printing has been working fine since I installed ubuntu years ago. I think an update got me.

Thanks,

Russel
