Bug Description
USB printing worked fine with 18.04.
After upgrade to 20.04 printer appears multiple times.

Just noticed this in syslog while following debugging thread:

Apparently ippusbxd causes problems and can simply be removed to make the printer work again.
I used:
sudo apt purge ippusbxd
