Bug Description

When printing a pdf to a Samsung M2835dw with either the Samsung M262x 282x Series PXL driver, or the Samsung M262x 282x Foomatic/pxlmono driver from evince areas of the text are not printed.
Printing to the Samsung M262x 282x Foomatic/lj5gray driver works correctly.
Printing the same document from xpdf works correctly. However saving the pdf produced by evince and then printing that with xpdf also fails.

I suspect that the issue is a ghostscript issue but the recommendation was to report printing problems as a cups issue first.

Attached is a document saved by evince that when sent directly to the driver reproduces the problem. When printed the Invoice address, the delivery address and all pricing information is hidden.

Please follow the instructions of the sections "CUPS error_log" and "Capturing print job data" on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems. Also try to print the PDF directly, without evince, for example by running the command

lp Attachment2.pdf

in a terminal window. Does it print correctly then? Or do you get the same result as with evince? Or are other characters missing now?

Please provide the error_log and the print job data of all your failing and succeeding print attempts. Thanks.
