cups-pdf doesn't print multiple copies of document into single pdf

Bug Description
open a document in evince (or some other application), go to File->Print, choose PDF, set copies to "10", and then print. Open the outputed pdf file
Expected result: pdf will contain 10 copies of the printed file
Actual result: pdf contains only one copy of the printed file

I don't see how it could be any different. On a normal printer, the document would be sent X number of times to the printer, which results in it being printed as many times. However, with this driver, we're not emptying any paper drawer.
