extra page printed by "lp -o outputorder=reverse -o page-set=even"

The same issue.

my cups version is cups 2.2.4.

lp -o media=a4 -o fit-to-page -o outputorder=reverse -o page-set=even filename.pdf.

In the above command, the first page is a blank page and the others is normal.
