Bug Description

ctorrent (1.3.4.dnh3.3.2-4 on Ubuntu 14.04) crashes on .torrent files that contain negative numbers in some tables. Other distributions apply a patch to fix this problem while building ctorrent (e.g., http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/net-p2p/ctorrent/files/ctorrent-3.3.2-negative-ints.patch?view=diff&r1=text&tr1=1.1&r2=text&tr2=1.1&diff_format=f). I suggest Ubuntu should apply this patch as well.
