Bug Description
The udev rules are missing for crystalhd. Without them, /dev/crystalhd gets set to the wrong mode. Here is a diff with the fix for this issue.

[Impact] The wrong mode will always be set unless the udev rules are included.
[Development Fix] The provided udev rules from the original source is now installed in the crystalhd-dkms package.
[Stable Fix] Patch given in link in bug description.
[Test Case] Simply check the permissions of /dev/crystalhd.
[Regression Potential] none.
