remove unused and uninitialized widget

Hi,

The attached debdiff removes the unused and uninitialized widget from add_support_for_appindicator.patch.
This fixes GTK+ critical warning on application start.

The debdiff can be applied in Trusty, Utopic and Vivid since the version of cryptkeeper is 0.9.5-5.1ubuntu3 in all these releases.
