I would, but criu isn't in the archive yet; I think we should hold off on this until the replacement is available.

Hi, guys.

I've noticed that in Debian crtools is already renamed into criu and already contains the latest version (1.3-rc1 for now)

Is there anything I can do to help updating crtools/criu package in Ubuntu?

Thanks,
Pavel

The Debian package has been synced to Ubuntu Utopic, but it seems like it failed to build. See https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/criu.

Thanks, Hans! I asked CRIU ARM guys to look at that.
Why isn't there a x86_64 build on that page?

That's weird. We don't send the '-Wl,-Bsymbolic-functions' flags into linker. Which makes me think that it might came from LDFLAGS env variable, probably. It is possible to run make with V=1 flag? IOW as "make V=1" and check output log.
