copy paste not working, cut is deleting

Bug Description
I'm opening cronometer and choosing a specific date to Add Serving. Then, selecting that food, right clicking on it, selecting: copy servings and then choosing another date and clicking paste, nothing happens.
I can paste the food e.g. in gedit, yet not in cronometer.
Also, when using cut, instead of cut and paste, it deletes the food entirely.
