criu (1.8-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Upload to unstable
  * Migrate from criu-dbg to ddebs.
    Update versioned Build-Depends on debhelper to 9.20151219 to ensure
    generation of dbgsym packages.
    Drop criu-dbg binary package stanza from debian/control file.
    debian/rules: Use --ddeb-migration argument to dh_strip to migrate from
    criu-dbg to ddebs.
  * debian/copyright: Drop unused Expat license stanza
  * Remove empty /usr/lib/systemd/system directory
