creduce (2.10.0+20220116-1) depends on an old clang version

The creduce (2.10.0+20220116-1) package for (x)ubuntu 23.04 (lunar)
depends on the old clang/llvm version 13:

clang-format-13 (1:13.0.1-11ubuntu14)
libclang-cpp13 (1:13.0.1-11ubuntu14)
libllvm13:amd64 (1:13.0.1-11ubuntu14)

The creduce package should be build against the current available clang/llvm package version.
That`s currently version 15

clang-format-15 (1:15.0.7-1)
libclang-cpp15
libllvm15

Another possible option is depending on the version-neutral clang/llvm packages:

clang-format (1:15.0-56~exp2)
libclang-cpp (package is missing. clang can be used instead)
libllvm (package is missing. clang or llvm can be used instead)
