Hi Sangam, I think this is bug is reported against the wrong component. Crash is a tool used to analyze crash dumps from kernel (kdump stuff), and it seems you are seeing crashed on..firefox? If not, what is firefor?

If possible, give a more detailed explanation on what you are experiencing, and we will find the right component for your report.
Cheers,

Guilherme

Hi Sangam,
Unfortunately there is not enough information here for a developer to diagnose the issue(s).
If you are still seeing issues, can you follow the steps described here to report a crash in the firefox package, and additional issues for any other packages that may be crashing?

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs

Since this report is not a bug in the package crash, and does not provide information that would
help diagnose the firefox (or other package) crash, I'll go ahead and mark Invalid. But please don't let that dissuade you from reporting new bugs for the actual packages that are crashing on your system.

Changed in crash (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid
