Bug Description
Hello.
Installed Ubuntu 22.04 and trying to set CPU frequency.
My CPU is a Intel® Core™ i5-10210U CPU @ 1.60GHz × 8. With Ubuntu 21.10 I was able to set the CPU frequency via Settings -> Power -> Power Mode to all three status (Performance, Balanced, Powersave).
With Ubuntu 22.04 this doesn't work anymore. The CPU frequency always stays the same. If I check with s-tui I can see that the frequency is always on demand, no matter what I set.
