Bug Description

fmtlib uses cmake as it's build system and therefore provides cmake config files for downstream projects. Those cmake config files are missing in the ubuntu package.
This breaks e.g. kodi.

Please include:
/usr/lib/cmake/fmt/fmt-config-version.cmake
